Hi! I was born in St. Louis in 1947 and almost immediately my family moved to six or seven states within my first two years. We returned to the St. Louis area and lived there for another six years. In 1957 my parents, my brother, three sisters and I moved to the Sullivan area where I have lived since.
I served three years in the military, of which 13+ months were spent overseas.
In 1968 I married a life long resident of the Sullivan area–Linda (Merritt) whose grandfather moved to Sullivan in 1912. We have one son and daughter-in-law. They have two sons and are living in the Sullivan area.
In 1968 I started working in an area manufacturing plant as a machine operator. From 1968 to 1996, I worked in the machining industry and rose through the ranks from machine operator to Vice-President of Manufacturing of a 165 man plant.
As a side business, I opened a horse trailer sales lot with Linda and operated it until 1997.
In 1996, I turned in my time and opened a machine shop and have been self-employed ever since.
In an effort to diversify, in 2008, I have met all the qualifications needed to sell real estate and I have joined Coldwell Banker Reeves. I’m a member of the Franklin County Board of Realtors. I was born and raised in the Sullivan area and graduated Sullivan High School. I have been an agent for 6 years, and before that spent many years as the elementary secretary at Sullivan Elementary School. I enjoy working with people and will go above and beyond to provide good service.
I also work 2 days each week in the Coldwell Banker Reeves office checking all files for accuracy.

I am originally from St. Clair and have made Sullivan my home for over 32 years. My husband, Jerry and I have 2 adult children. We have been active in 4H, Sullivan Soccer Association, Sullivan Saddle Club and Meramec Community Fair Board. I have served on many committees and participated in many activities as a teacher and a parent to improve the educational and professional strengths of our wonderful school district.
Many Sullivan residents know me through my 30 years as a teacher and librarian at the elementary school. Even though I am working part time at the elementary school, I am excited about my career at Coldwell Banker Reeves. I enjoy people and like to do research. I have the time to devote to helping clients, checking facts and making sure a client has all the information necessary to make each important decision.

Andy was born in Sullivan, Missouri. He and his family moved to the Vichy area, but only stayed for a short time. In 1984 they moved back to a farm in Sullivan and he has resided in the area ever since. Andy married his wife Kendra in 1998 and they have three children, Madison, Tyler, and Alexis “Alex.”
Raised on a farm, Andy has extensive knowledge and interest in the agricultural industry. His love of horses and appreciation for a rural lifestyle provides a unique advantage for clients looking for homes with acreage, farms, or rural properties. Working together as a team, Andy and Kendra, along with the associates at Coldwell Banker Reeves, will work hard to make the adventure of buying and selling property as easy and stress free as possible.

Kendra was born in Fort Polk, Louisiana. In 1979, Kendra’s father retired from the Army and they moved to Cuba, Missouri. Kendra then moved to Sullivan, Missouri in 1996 and has lived in the area ever since. Kendra and her husband Andy have been married since 1998 and have three children, Madison, Tyler, and Alexis “Alex.”
Spending the last several years building and selling their own homes and investment properties, Kendra and Andy will use their own personal experiences and expertise to assist clients through the buying and selling process. As a team, Kendra and Andy feel privileged to be helping their friends, family, and neighbors with their real estate needs.
When Kendra is not supporting Andy and the Coldwell Banker Reeves team, she enjoys spending time with her family, entertaining, volunteering at her child’s school, shopping, and decorating.

I`ve been in the construction business for 13 years, starting out of high school for a Michigan based commercial renovation company then going on to get my associates of applied science degree in building construction technology with minor studies in engineering and business management. Since then I`ve continued to work in residential construction and rehab as a member of the St. Louis Carpenters Union. I`ve lived in and around the Sullivan area for most of my life and have now set roots here with my beautiful daughter Abigail, who continues to amaze me everyday. Although new to real estate sales, it has been a hobby and passion of mine for many years from an investment and rehab perspective. I am proud to now be a part of the area`s #1 real estate company. Susan was born in Noblesville, Indiana, the daughter of Nazarene missionaries. She lived for several years in Bolivia. She entered the real estate business in 1995 as a sales associate with Roger Grob Real Estate and obtained her broker`s license a year later. In 1997 she transferred her license to Woodland Real Estate, and with partner, Sam Smits, bought the company in 1998. Woodland was acquired by Coldwell Banker Koehn in March 2003. Subsequently, Susan transferred to Koehn`s Sullivan office which became Coldwell Banker Reeves in March, 2004.
