Rebecca Bouse I was born and raised in Sullivan/Bourbon area and graduated from Bourbon High School. I`m employed full time at Net Engineers in Sullivan. I have a Bachelor`s Degree in Management in Economics and an Associate`s Degree in Computer Programming. Born in Kentucky and raised in West Virginia. Graduate of Marshall Univeristy, Huntington, West Virginia. Taught high school English and coached both football and track for 5 years. Former Executive Vice President/COO of Orion Chemical Company, Tyler, TX and President of Elco Manufacturing Company, Pittsburgh, PA. Entered real estate sales in 1990. Susan Smits
Susan was born in Noblesville, Indiana, the daughter of Nazarene missionaries. She lived for several years in Bolivia. She entered the real estate business in 1995 as a sales associate with Roger Grob Real Estate and obtained her broker's license a year later. In 1997 she transferred her license to Woodland Real Estate, and with partner, Sam Smits, bought the company in 1998. Woodland was acquired by Coldwell Banker Koehn in March 2003. Subsequently, Susan transferred to Koehn's Sullivan office which became Coldwell Banker Reeves in March, 2004. |

Carol Springer Carol was raised in Crawford County and returned after attending the University of Missouri to raise cattle and horses on her family`s farm. In 1982 the farm added B&B accommodations and now offers guests cabins and riding vacations.
